This engaging and fun program is tailored to YOUR child’s individual needs​!

​​What is Academic Enrichment?​ 

Academic Enrichment will give students an opportunity to sample course material for the following school year!  Classes will also use the personalized, web-based program along with instructors to provide direct instruction.  

Academic Enrichment is offered in:

* Readers Writers Grade 6 - For current grade 5 
* Readers Writers Grade 7 - For current grade 6 
* Readers Writers Grade 8 - For current grade 7 
* Math 6 - For current grade 5
* Math 7 - For current grade 6
* Math 8 - For current grade 7
* Algebra 1- For current grades 7 and 8  SESSION A ONLY
* Algebra 1 Honors – For current grades 6 and 7  SESSION B ONLY
* Algebra 2- For current grades 9, 10 and 11 SESSION A ONLY
* Algebra 2 Honors – For current grades 8 and 9 SESSION B ONLY
* Accelerated Math 7 - For current grade 6 
* SAT Prep Math—For current grades 9, 10, and 11 
* SAT Prep ELA—For current grades 9, 10, and 11
* Honors English—9, 10, 11—For current grades 8, 9, and 10 
* Geometry - For current grades 7, 8, 9, and 10
* Biology - For current grade 8

Academic Enrichment

Program Details 2020

Program Dates:  June 29 – August 6 -Monday – Thursday only, 

Program Timing:  

  • Session A 8:45 am – 10:15 am
  • Session B 10:15 am - 11:45 am


Location:  

  • Piscataway High School - West Wing (Patton)

​As you prepare for the program, please keep the following in mind:

  • ​​Please do not drop students off prior to 8:45 am unless he/she is registered for Piscataway Summer Camp.  ​
  • Please note, there will be a late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes past dismissal time.  Students registered for Session A only are dismissed at 10:15 am, Session B dismisses at 11:45 am.

  



​​​​​​​What is Academic Assistance?

Jump Ahead is offered at no charge to students in need of academic assistance and at low cost to those seeking to strengthen their performance in Mathematics and Language Arts.  This is a personalized, web-based program that combines digital learning with direct instruction and will assist each student in meeting his/her summer learning goals. Return to school in September confident and ready!  Registration for Jump Ahead Academic Assistance is invite only.

  • Knollwood Elementary School

  • If your child is not a camper, please pick him/her up no later than 11:45 am.  There will be a late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes past dismissal time.​
